At XZENDA, some of our designs are available exclusively through preorder. This means your chosen design and size are prepared following your order, rather than being held in stock.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase and know exactly what to expect.

When will my order be ready?

Please allow 2–4 weeks for preparation before dispatch. This does not include delivery time. Full payment is taken securely at checkout.

If you are ordering for a wedding, celebration or special occasion, please contact us before purchasing so we can advise on timing.

Will I receive updates?

Absolutely. We believe you should never be left wondering about an order you have paid for.

  • Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your purchase.
  • Progress update: We'll email you during the preparation period to let you know how your order is progressing.
  • Dispatch notification: Once your order is ready, we'll send your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

What happens if there is a delay?

If an unexpected delay occurs, we'll contact you proactively, explain the situation and provide a revised timeframe. You'll have the option to continue waiting or cancel for a refund.

We will never substitute your chosen design or fabric without your agreement.

Can I cancel or return my preorder?

Yes. Standard size preorders can be cancelled before delivery.

If your order arrives and the fit isn't right or you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items may be tried on but must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
