Most of our designs are available through preorder, while a selection is held in stock and ready for dispatch.
Each product page will clearly indicate whether an item is available from stock or requires a preorder.
How Preorders Work
When you place a preorder with XZENDA, you are purchasing a design that will be prepared following your order rather than dispatched immediately.
Our estimated preorder preparation time is 2–4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
This period allows time for your garment to be prepared with attention to its construction, fabric and finishing details.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please note that the preparation timeframe does not include shipping time.
In Stock Designs
Alongside our preorder collections, we offer a selection of designs that are already in stock.
These pieces do not require the standard preorder preparation period and are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
Availability may vary by design and size.
Products available from stock will be clearly identified on their individual product pages.
Production and Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch preorder garments within 2–4 weeks of order confirmation.
Although we make every effort to meet this timeframe, occasional delays may occur. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you by email with an update and explain your available options.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on your destination and the shipping service used.
UK standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Orders Containing In Stock and Preorder Items
If your order contains both in stock and preorder designs, your items will be dispatched separately.
In stock items will be dispatched first, while preorder garments will follow once preparation is complete.
You will receive separate shipping notifications as your items are dispatched.

Ordering for a Special Occasion
We understand that many XZENDA designs are purchased for weddings, proms, evening celebrations and other important occasions.
If you are purchasing an outfit for a specific event, please consider both the preparation timeframe and the estimated shipping period before placing your order.
For preorders, we recommend allowing sufficient time beyond the estimated 2–4 week preparation period.

Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@xzenda.com, quoting your order number.
Whether a requested change can be accommodated will depend on the status of your order.
Standard-size preorder garments remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights, even where preparation has already begun.
Genuinely personalised or bespoke garments may be subject to different cancellation conditions, which will be clearly explained before purchase.
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Purchasing a standard-size garment through preorder does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.
